Youth should control themselves

Students Themselves Should Create Their Own Future
Every student should feel that he is going through such an important phase in life that it will play a determining role in shaping his future. Student-life is the most useful and proper time for character-molding. The age of youth suffers from the peculiar malady called "Josh Dherai Tara Hosh cum" (i.e. too much strength and too little sense) and because of this malady it is very easy to be pulled by any attraction during growing years. During these years the youth is easily attracted by the thrill of undesirable activities and addictions. A wicked person creates situations of grief and sorrow for self and relatives and can lead only a hellish life. Personal welfare lies in adopting creative, gentlemanly, good activities. The possibilities for development lie in gentlemanly activities. If all the students lead a life of celibacy, simplicity, thrift, good use of time, fir, resolve, courage, labor, balanced mind, cheerfulness, politeness, virtue and gentlemanliness, then they will develop  innumerable extra qualities, which will make for them a bright golden future.

Youth should control themselves:
The youth of the new generation should not lead a life of indifference. The upcoming youth will have to play leading roles in the forthcoming days. The burden of leadership will be on their shoulders. All prosperity, progress, peace and goodwill depend on man's good qualities. Men with bad tendencies lose the wealth handed down to them whereas men with good qualities search our a thousand roads to progress even when they are in down-and-out situations.
Youth of cultured and developed nations are making sizable contributions to the stability and progress of their nations. Their activities are in creative directions. We should follow their example and make every effort for a bright future for Nepal.
By reforming ourselves, we should make an important contribution to the effort for 'Yug Parivartan' (transformation of the era). This is the demand of the times for the up-and-coming youth.

Revival of the pilgrim centre tradition: In the vast field of religious observance, great importance is given to 'teerth-yatra' (journey to pilgrim centers). It is mentioned in many scriptures that pilgrims get the benefit of being freed from their sins, attainment of virtue, attainment of heaven, liberation, benevolence of the deities etc.
All of us know the current ironical situation of pilgrimage-centre. There is neither faith in the pilgrims nor an opportunity to know and be inspired. There are no Rishis (Savants who have performed penance) nor any institution with an organization for learning atma-sadhana (self realization), for performing penance, for purification of self, for 'satsang' (meeting religious saints and scholars for discussion and discourse), consultation and advice, proximity of religious persons and donation to the deserving. In such circumstances, their importance is becoming foggy day-by-day and it is not surprising that the pilgrim returns tired, dejected and lacking in faith.

It is duty of all of us to remove the perversions, ironies and ostentation in religious traditions and pilgrimage centers and to revive philosophy. If this is done, then there is no reason why their fruits - as mentioned in scriptures - will be seen.

Gayatri is the Sources of Occult Power

Gayatir is Kamdhenu
One who sincerely invokes, adores and worships Gayatri, enjoys pleasures similar to the ones a child feels while sucking nectarlic milk of his mother's breasts. He gets rid of suffering created by ignorance, infirmity and scarcity and all his righteous desires are fulfilled.

Gayatri is Kalpa Vriksha
It is said that here is a Kalpa Vriksha in heaven and a person sitting underneath it gets whatever he wants. All his desires are instantly fulfilled. One can imagine how happy shall a person be who possesses such a Kalpa-vriksha. There is such a Kalpa-vriksha on this earth also which again is known as Gayatri. By outward appearance it is a string of twenty-four letters or nine word of this Mantra incorporates in it the keys to the fulfillment of all righteous desires of a man.
Gayatri is not only one of the numerous gods or goddess. It is the original creative energy of the Absolute Brahma, which is transcendent, in incomprehensible and beyond the cosmos. The words Gayatri Upasana carry the same meaning as Ishwar-Bhakti, Ishwar-Upasana, Brahma-Sadhana, Atma-Sakshatkar, Brahma-Darshan, Prabhu-Parayanta etc. Gayatri-Sidhana is, in fact exemplary yet easiest way of worship. Those who tread this path pass joyously through life and ultimately reach the ultimate goal of G od-realization. Absolute Brahma and Gayatri are, in fact, Two in One.

Gayatri is the Sources of Occult Power
A devotee who attains the harmonized and transformed currents of  Sat, Raj and Tam of Adya Shakti Gayatri can easily get spiritual, mental and worldly happiness. The powers of  Saraswati, Lakshmi and Kali are different (1) Yogis, spirituals  seekers, philosophers, devotees, philanthropists and those who have realized the self adore the 'hreem' aspect of the Divine Mother Saraswati; (2) Intellectuals, religious preachers, social reformers, businessman, laborers, industrialists, socialists, communists etc. are all engaged in search of 'Shreem' power of Lakshmi; (3) Physical scientists are engaged in the investigation and worship of 'Kleem' of Kali . All these three categories of seekers are worshippers of one single emanation of Adya Shakti Gayatri. This triveni fulfils all the three aspirations, namely; spiritual mental and physical. Mother does all the work of her child. She discharges the functions of a sweeper, cook, servant, tailor, washer-women, and watch-women as and when necessary. Those who are able to establish spiritual communion with Adya Shakti receive celestial boons from the Omnipotent Divine Mother and are her ideal children.
The root cause of all human suffering in the world is ignorance, infirmity and lack. These three kinds of suffering can be removed by invoking the triple currents of the occult powers of Gayatri. Hreem removes ignorance, Shreem removes lack and Kleem removes infirmity. This super science of acquiring the most coveted bliss which was discovered by the Nepalese mystics and Yogis, is their greatest gift to humanity. This discovery is known as Sadhana. Sadhana leads to Siddis (Devine Powers). Gayatri dadhana is the fount of miraculous divine powers.

Gayatri is Kamdhenu (heavenly cow)

Gayatri is Kamdhenu (heavenly cow)
Kamdhenu Is believed to be the heavenly cow which gives nectar like milk. It is said that gods drink it and always remain in a state of self-satisfaction, happiness and abundance. The specialty of Kamdhenu is that the desire of a person approaching it is instantly fulfilled. Like Kalpa-vriksha, (heavenly tree) Kamdhenu, too, fulfills the desires of those who approach it with pragya and devotion.
Kamdhenu is another name of Gayatri. Devata means a person who possesses divine nature. If a person having divine nature worships this great power, he drinks spiritual milk from the breasts of the Divine Mother. He is saved from all botherations. The basic nature and characteristics of the individual soul is happiness. Its main attributes is to remain bathed in eternal bliss. No sooner does it get rid of ignorance induced pain and suffering it regains its original nature. Gods in heaven always remain happy. Man can also remain happy in the same manner on this earth if causes of his suffering are remove. Kamdhenu Gayatri removes all the sufferings of her devotees.

Deliverance from Suffering of Three Kinds:
The causes of all suffering are (a) ignorance, (b) infirmity and (c) inadequacy. A person becomes happy to the extent he is able to remove these causes of suffering from within him.
The outlook of a person about the world gets vitiated on account of ignorance. Being ignorant of his true identity he gets entangled in a false sense of identity with the transient phenomena and becomes unhappy. The feelings of selfishness, self-indulgence, greed, ego, narrow-mindedness and anger deflect a man from his duty. He abandons far-sightedness, hankers after money, materials, false name and fame-which are all transient and chimerical. Thus he strays away more and more from his true self which is the spark of the Divine. This separation from the source is the original sin. Sin automatically results in suffering. On account of ignorance he is unable to understand the basic purpose of his life in this world. Consequently, his hopes, cravings and imaginations know no end. On account of such a perverted outlook normal ups and downs of life make him laugh, cry and weep Death of a relative, differences in the tastes and temperament of colleagues, ups and down and fluctuation in circumstances are all natural but the ignorant man insists that what he wants much always happen and he should never be required to face adverse circumstances. When this does not happen as per his fancies and events unfold contrary to his wishes, he weeps and cries. Thus, ignorance leads to innumerable sufferings.
Infirmity means weakness. A man is unable to enjoy his natural basic rights on account of his physical, mental, social, intellectual and spiritual infirmities. Delicious dishes, beautiful damsels, sweet music, beautiful scenery have absolutely no meaning for a diseased person. He cannot enjoy money and wealth. How can one enjoy the joys of studying literature, poetry, philosophy etc. if he is intellectually bankrupt? Love, devotion, company of righteous persons and spiritual bliss can hardly be enjoyed by a person who is spiritually bankrupt. Nature's law of survival of the fittest works in eliminating the weak. The weak are always harassed and eliminated. Even positive, factors become quite unfavorable to such a man. W inter season which adds to the strength and vigor of strong persons and to the pleasures of an humorist becomes the cause for catching pneumonia causes of catching pneumonia, gout, rheumatism to a person of weak constitution. Factors which are debilitating for the weak prove invigorating for the strong. Even mighty emperors feel proud in adopting the figure of a roaring lion as the state emblem of their kingdom while the weak bleating goat is killed by wild animals or is sacrificed before the idol of Bhawani. The infirm, thus, always suffer and even favorable factors do not prove helpful to them.

Materials security is yet another cause for human suffering. Difficulties of several kinds have to be faced on account of scarcity of food, clothing, water, housing, cattle, land, companions, friends, money, medicines, books, weapons, teachers etc. and a person has to curtail his legitimate needs, suppress his feelings and waste his precious life. Even capable and competent persons feel themselves crippled beaten down for want of material resources.
Activation of internal power centre's by Gayatri Sadhana
The master of Mantra-vidya knows that words are uttered by different parts of the mouth such as, throat (larynx), tongue, teeth, lips and the root of the tongue. During speech, the nerve-fibers of the particular parts of the mouth form which sound emits stretch up to different parts of the body and put pressure on the corresponding glands. If particular glands of the persons concerned are diseased or dysfunctional he starts stammering while uttering the specific words. There are many large and small, visible and invisible glands in the body. Yogis know that some specific energy lies hidden in these glands, Shat-chakras (six energy centres) related to the shushumana are quite well-known but there are several other such glands in the body. The utterance of different words has its impact on different glands and by such impact the energy of these glands gets stimulated. Mantras have been composed on this basis. There are twenty -four letters in Gayatri Mantra which are related to twenty-four such glands located in the body which on getting stimulated, activate and awaken the powers of righteous wisdom. By uttering Gayatri Mantra the sitar of the subtle (sookshma) body of the Sadhak starts playing, tinkling at twenty-four points, creating sound waves which impact important elements of the invisible world. It is this impact which becomes more and more pronounced and tangible through Gayatri Sadhana.
The flow of sound of these twenty-four letters of the Maha Mantra is of deep significance. The experts of the science of sound know the powers hidden in sound and the results which can be achieved by its subtle vibrations. Sound is synonymous with Brahma. It is Brahma from whom the original first creative vibration issues forth resulting in seven time chanting of OM. Just as the pendulum of a clock keeps on moving by swinging to and fro, in the same way the sound waves of Om create vibrations which regulate this creation. Later, three main waves of Sat, Raj, Tam relating to Hreem, Shreem and Kleem elements respectively flow in this current. It is further divided into branches and sub-branches which are known as Beej-Manteras. The letters, words and clauses of Gayatri Mantra have been seen by a seer vision and emanate from the unified field of creative energy, arranged in a specific and special sequence and inter-relationship. Chanted with sincere devotion, they plug the Sadhak's soul into the supreme and inexhaustible fount of spiritual energy.
Singing of Deepak-raj light up extinguished lamps. It starts raining when megh-malhar tune is sung. The melody created by playing flute makes the snakes wave their hoods in synchronicity, deer gets swooned and cows stat yielding more milk. The warbling of cuckoo incites passion. Even strong iron bridges may collapse by the sound created by the in-step, coordinated and rhythmic marching of a troop soldiers. The army is, therefore, forbidden to march rhythmically, in-step, while crossing a bridge. Dr. Hutchinson of America has achieved success and fame in curing several patients suffering from incurable and painful diseases by different musical sounds. In Nepal, Tantriks keep a Thali (large metallic plate) on a pot and play it in a special rhythm and are capable of curing persons bitten by poisonous snakes, scorpions etc. and those suffering from thyroid goiter, Vishvel (poisonous creeper), ghosts, mania etc. The vibration of a specific sound spread in the ether and attracts atoms of similar type and return to their origin within few moments, duly charged with appropriate energy which exercises curative impact in the appropriate areas. This is how Mantras accomplish miraculous effects. The chanting of Gayatri Mantra activities the network of nerves in the mouth and stimulates specific glands. No sooner do they get stimulated, a Vedic symphony is created which spreads in the either, takes a round of the entire universe, coming back to the source with its energy augmented manifold, capable of fulfilling the desired purpose. Gayatri Sadhana, thus, becomes a spiritual as well as a material boon for the Sadhak.
The factor which makes Gayatri Mantra extremely potent is the Sadhak's confidence coupled with faith. Psychologists are well acquainted with the power of self confidence. Instances have been cited that only on account of imaginary fear people met untimely death and persons who were almost dead got new life on account of faith and confidence. Tulsidas has in his Ramayana compared faith and confidence to Bhawani and Shankar and stated that -"Bhawani Shankaro vande shraddha vishvas rupino". It is faith which has the power to turn a bush into a ghost, a rope into a snake and an idol into God. There are people who happily sacrifice money, comfort and even life for defending one's faith and conviction. Eklavya, Kaveer etc. are examples of persons who acquired knowledge not directly from their masters, Gurus, but by dint of their unflinching faith in them. The basis of hypnotism is to get the desired work done by the subject just by infusing faith in him in the words of the physician. The Mantra of the Tantrik works miraculously on the patient only if he has deep faith in it. A Sadhak devoid of faith may utter that Tantrik Mantra hundreds of times but it will not have any effect. This fact applies to Gayatri Mantra also. When the Sadhak takes up Sadhana with faith and confidence Gayatri Mantra becomes much more effective and proves to be extra-ordinarily powerful die to the combined effect of faith and the Mantra's own intrinsic spiritual energy. It is explained below that which particular letter of Gayatri is related to which part of the body. The details are given in the following chart:-

Gayatri activates the above mentioned twenty-four divine qualities in the devotee.  With their growth, varied accomplishments (Saddhis) and prosperity start manifesting in the life of the devotees. Most of the people think that some god or goddess is bestowing these gifts because they are unable to see and understand the working of these subtle divine energies and the transformations flowing there from. Once they understand that transformations are taking place as a result of their own Sadhana they would realize that it is not by way of some scientific process of spiritual growth. Gayatri Sadhana is not based on blind faith but has a solid scientific basis.

Manifestation of Gayatri

Brahma is the supreme divine creator of all. No sooner did the urge of creation arise in Brahma, a vibration was created which is known as Shakti (energy of power). This Shakti manifested as Jad (inanimate) and Chetan (animate) objects and creatures. The inanimate creation is governed by material nature (Prakriti) and animate creation is governed by Chitta Shakti which is known as Savitri.
It has been described in the scriptures that in the beginning of the creation a lotus flower rose up from Vishnu's Navel. Brahma the creator originated from this lotus flower. From, Savitri was created and through the union of Brahma and Savitri, all the four Vedas came into existence. Knowledge of all kinds originated from the Vedas and thereafter, Brahma created this material world comprised of the five basic elements. The secret behind this allegorical description is that from the interior or centre of the Uninvolved, Invariable, Absolute Divine Being, a lotus flower came into existence. According to the scriptures, in the beginning of the creation, the supreme absolute willed to get himself multiplied, "Ekoham Bahushyal". This willed vibration across from the focal point and blossomed in the form in the form of a lotus flower.
Brahma who is said to be born of lotus flower is one of the three basic manifestations of the Absolute Divinity - Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh symbolizing creation. Nature and dissolution respectively. The first born of the triple divinity had to be Brahma, the creator, as creation proceeds nurture dissolution.
Brahma started his work and created two kinds of creation, Chaitanya (animate) and Jad (inanimate). All living beings having desire, consciousness and ego fall under Chaitanya creation. This is an independent creation which is known as Pranmaya Kosh (physical body) of the universe. Chaitanya (animate) element pervades the entire universe and is known as Pran. Ideas will and emotions are three attributes of Pran- Tatva which constitute the three coverings (bodies) of the soul -astral (Sukshma), casual (Karan) and physical (sthool). All living beings owe their consciousness and existence to this Pran- Tatva.
For creating Jad (inanimate)  creation comprising matter, Brahma created five elements (Panchbhoot) viz, earth, water, air, fire and ether. The atoms of the entire material nature manifest as solid, liquid or gas. This vast expanse of nature in the form of rivers, mountains, earth etc is the play of atoms of these five elements. Physical bodies of all living beings are also constituted by these five elements of nature.
There is activity in both these creations. In Chaitanya creation it is seen in various activities in the form of ego, determination and inspiration. In Jad creation, the form color, shape etc of different objects are formed and dissolved on the basis of the vibrating energy. The basis of Jad creation is atom and of Chaitantya creation, conscious will. Both these bases are superbly subtle and powerful. They are indestructible and they simply change their forms.

In the emergence of Jad and Chaitan creations, Brahma's powers of Chetna (consciousness) and Padarth (matter) are functioning. Initially needs was felt for the power of will as, without it chaitanya could not manifest. In the absence of Chaitanya energy, none could have knowledge about matter and it would have remained without any use. The utility of matter is for the convenience of manifestation of Chaitanya. Therefore, Brahma initially created Chaitanya and discovered will for knowledge. In Puranic language it can be said that Vedas or knowledge manifested first of all. The energies of conscious will (Sankalpa) and matter (padartha) are two arms of Brahma by which the work of creation is accomplished. Since the former is animate (Chaitan), it is also described as Brahma's wife.

The origin of Gayatri

The origin of Vedmata Gayatri
Vedas means Supreme Knowledge. Rik, Yaju, Sam and Atharva are four branches of knowledge. Spiritual well-being and fulfillment, self realization, peace of mind, Brahma, Nirvana, dutifulness, love Tapas, compassion, beneficence, generosity, service etc. fall under Rigved. Generosity, velour, courage, gallantry, self defense, leadership, fame, victory, power, dignity etc fall under Yajurved. Samved deals with games, sports, amusement, recreation, music, arts, literature, sensual enjoyment, beauty, harmony, poetic imagery dynamism, refined taste, gratification etc. Wealth, prosperity, accumulation of money and resources, medicines, good grains, materials, metals, buildings, vehicles, animals and similar other materials of worldly wellbeing fall within the purview of Atharva Veda.
If the subtle and material internal and external activities and imaginations of any living being are seriously and scientifically examined, it will appear that its entire consciousness moves within these four spheres. The current of knowledge of all living being flows only in the four direction of - (1) Rik- spiritual wellbeing and fulfillment, (2) Yaju- velour, (3) Sam- enjoyment and (4) Atharva- prosperity. Rik is also known as righteousness, Yaju as liberation (Moksha), Sam as sensual pleasure (Kam) and Atharva as prosperity (Arth). These are four faces of Brahma. Brahma has been described four-faced, because although having only one face, there is outflow of four currents of knowledge from his mouth. Although supreme knowledge or law which is called Veda is one, it manifests in four different aspects. This is the secret behind the four aspects, four stages of human life (Ashrams) and four social divisions (Varnas) have been formed. Childhood is the s tage of playfulness and self development; youth of raising a family and earning money; Vanprastha of virility and Sanyas of doing welfare activities. According to this fourfold division, Brahman is Rik, Kshatriya is Yaju, Vaishya is Atharva and Shudra is Sam.
These four kinds of knowledge are off-shoots of that creative consciousness of Brahma which has been described in the ancient scriptures by the name of Gayatri. Thus Gayatri is mother of four Vedas and it is therefore, called Vedmata. Just as water manifests in four different forms of ice, vapor (cloud, dew, fog etc.), air (Hydrogen, Oxygen) and liquid, and fire manifests in the forms of burning, heat, light and movement, so also Gayatri manifests in the form of four Vedas, four kinds of knowledge, Gayatri is the mother and four Vedas her progeny.
This much about the subtle form of Vedmata Gayatri.  Now let us consider its gross form. Before creating this four Vedas, Brahma created Gayatri Mantra consisting of twenty-four letters. Every letter of this Mantra is instinct with a superbly refined subtle conscious energy field from which have emanated the four Vedas and their branches and sub branches. A great banyan tree lies hidden in the interior of each of its seeds. Which it sprouts and develops into a tree, gets embellished with innumerable twigs, branches, leaves, flowers and fruits. As is the growth of a tiny sees in a tree several thousand million times bigger than its origin, so have the twenty four letters of Gayatri bloomed and manifested themselves in the stupendous, all-encompassing Vadic literature.

T he origin of Grammar lies in the fourteen sounds produced by Shiva's Damaru ( musical percussion instrument) Mahadev ,once in ecstasy, played his favorite instrument Damaru which produced fourteen sounds. Pamini, the celebrated pioneering Grammarian of ancient India, created his great grammatical treatise on the basis of these fourteen sounds. Since then, its interpretation and elaborations have assumed so huge a form that they can constitute a library of grammatical literature. Similarly, the twenty-four letters of Gayatri Mantra have manifested in each and every branch and sub-branch of Vedic literature. Gayatri is the Primordial World and Vedic Richas (Stanzas) its detailed interpretations.

The Eternal Origin of Thy Power

Gayatri is the eternal source of thy willpower that motivated the origin and all activities of th visible and invisible forms of Nature. The rivers, oceans, the earth, the moon, the sun and the gamut of other planets, from tiniest particle to the universal expansion…, everything is moving because of this cosmic driving force. it is the root of the impulse of life in the blossoming plants and trees that beautify Nature. The force of life in all living beings originates from its presence. Its superior presence in the human beings is reflected in the intellect, which enables the progressive development of the world and ascent of human life. In extraordinary cases, this sublime power is expressed as spiritually evolved pure, discerning intelligence - Ritambhara Pragya. This enlightened wisdom helps one understand what is right and what is wrong and guides to choose the prudent path to the higher goals of life. This divine power mostly remains concealed in the inner cores of our minds. The activation of this subliminal force of Gayatri in the soul links the human self with the divine light and powers of 'thee'
God is omnipresent in infinite dimensions. Thee are immanent in every moment, every activity, yet remains absolutely unperturbed and stable in the eternity …. The origin of Nature and the creation of the world are manifestation of thy wish to express thyself in multiple forms. The evolutionary impulse of thy will gave rise to this cosmic creation. Being the original source of creation, existence and manifestation of Nature and the universe, this supreme power (Gayatri) was named Adi Shakti. The eternal cycle, order and harmony indwelling in the cosmic system and the laws of Nature and the existence and activities of the world are inspired and governed by the Adi Shakti Gayatri. This eternal presiding power is the cause of all energy and is subliminally governing the cosmic existence, expansion and activities towards the ultimate evolution.
Lord Brahma, the supreme creator is described in the scriptures to have attained the absolute knowledge of the universal creation and the limitless manifestations of Nature by the dedicated Sadhana of Adi Shakti Gayatri. This super mental knowledge and science constituted the Vedas. The Gayatri Mantra is regarded to enfold the essence, the seed of Vedas.
The divine powers governing the order of Nature also emanate from the Adi Shakti. As the same electricity flows in tube light, heater, refrigerator, cooler, etc and appears active in different forms. Similarly, the singular force of Adi Shakti is reflected in Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva - as thy powers of eternal creation, execution and evolution. The other manifestations of thy impulse (Deva Shakti) too are different expressions of the Adi Shakti. Thus, Adi Shakti being the absolute source of divine powers is also revered as Deva Mata. Beatitude of this Deva Mata endows a devoted Sadhak with divine virtues and vigor..

As the appearance of Nature and the world emanate from the infinite kernel of Adi Shakti, the latter is worshiped as Viswo Mata - the mother of the world. A true devotee of this realization of the Adi Shakti, unifies his self-identity with global unity and lives with the altruist feeling of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" the  whole world is like his family to such a generous fellow.

Unflinching Power of Truth

Take Care of the Present
Our living state lies between that of death and change. Our present is running towards the past. Past and death represent the same thing. Disappearance of the existence of a being or a thing is its death. Since birth, we are heading towards this stage every moment. Every moment passed is a step towards death.
Everything, every cell of our gross existence is continuously undergoing a change holding the future moment to attain its future state. Everything is dynamic here; the tiny molecule and atoms as well as the gigantic planets and stars, the galaxies, the universe, every thing is moving, there is no pause. We too are moving towards the future and transmitting the present in the domain of past. That which is past is gone; that which is going to come is future; both are beyond our grasp. It is only the present, which is in our hand. It is invaluable. It is the only source, which if used sagaciously, could bestow immortal benefits in this mortal life. We must realize it, awaken our mind, and make best possible use of the present.

Unflinching Power of Truth
One who is honest to his soul, whose conduct is guided by the inner voice, who is truthful, sincere and far away from showoff, artificialness, deceptiveness and spuriousness, if the wisest person on this earth. Adoption of truthfulness makes one mightiest as well.  Truth has immense power that is stronger than every thing; no power or force of the world could be compared with it.
Don't forget! Falsehood is falsehood; it will come to surface one day or the other and ruin the prestige of the liar. Many a times you find tremendous benefits of telling a lie… But don't be greedy; howsoever small it may appear, a lie is a lie, which carries the chances of enormous loss eventually.
You should walk your talk. Be honest in your words and actions. Truth is like a seed, which looks negligible but ultimately grows into a grand, stout tree. If you want to live an august, rising, happy and peaceful life, you must pledge to follow the path of truth and pursue it sincerely in all circumstances.

Accumulate Illumined Knowledge
Happiness in life does not depend upon wealth or worldly success; rather, it is an outcome of your endeavors of self-development and enlightenment. One who has inculcated righteous attitude by righteous knowledge will always be happy irrespective of his worldly status and resources. He would be able to create favorable circumstances even from adversity. Wisdom and purity of heart generated by true knowledge enable one have light and joy even in the company of devilish people.
There is no place for fear, sorrow, tension or suffering in the lives of illumined, wise people. That is why possession of prudent knowledge is more beneficial than storage of wealth. Sagacious saints earn more honor and unconditional cooperation than the mighty, prosperous, elites.

You should understand that most valuable property is that of illumined knowledge. So don't run behind worldly possessions; strive for knowledge, inner illumination and self-transmutation.

Failure is the Doorstep of Success

Rights and Duties
If you have respect for your self then you should also believe that your deeds would have an impact on your culture and civilization. Religion (righteousness) is the foundation of Nepalese culture; you should adopt the principles worth its dignity.
The root cause of all the misery, terrors, conflicts and clashes which seen around the world today it - diversion from the axis of religion. One wants the rights without transacting the duties. Man seems to have forgotten that if everyone follows the path of duty, everyone would safeguard and expand the right of everyone. The thirst for rights always looks for what could be grabbed from the others, whereas, the call of duties cares for what others should get…. The first notion expands vices and animosity, while the second spreads benevolence and cooperation.
If we understand that we can't survive and progress without the direct or indirect help of others, we would realize what we owe to the society. Willing and working for the welfare of all - is true adoption of religion. We all, irrespective of our social lineages must follow the path of this duty-bond religion.

Elevate Your Powers
God has bestowed unlimited potentials uniformly among all of us. There is no partiality or lack of uniformity in HIS system. Supernormal powers are hidden in everyone's inner self but no one attempts to awaken them. Most of these remain dormant and are virtually lost because one does not use them.
Some people awaken specific power from this sublime treasure and expand them by focused and sane use in specific direction - this is what is manifested as exceptional talent, supra-mental skill or supernatural potential in them, you can also attain them by sincere endeavor and unperturbed will. Remember that God has bestowed the opportunity of getting every good thing for preeminent progress upon each one of us. Chiseled refinement of personality and beatifying accomplishment of life is in your hand. You can achieve it provided you recognize, awaken and activate the divine potentials of your mind, your inner self, and march ahead in this attempt with unflinching faith and prudence.
Enlightened ascent is the eternal desire of the inner self and it is capable of achieving it in all circumstances. You should therefore rise and pledge to awaken and elevate its powers and expand them in the righteous direction worth the dignity of your soul.

Failure is the Doorstep of Success
Don't panic or lose morale if in spite your best efforts you don't get success. Failure is not bad if it is met along the path towards victory. Whether you recognize it or not, every failure or defeat along this path is a step ahead. It is in fact the first step for desired improvement.
Every failure teaches you something. It apprises you of your flaws and weaknesses in the chosen directions and helps you identify and hence rectify the shortcoming in your attempts. The agility of mind does not let us concentrate upon anything. Failure gives it something like a shock-treatment; that very moment we must awaken, ponder over and strive with strong will to control over its most harmful tendencies.

Failure or defeat shakes our over-confidence and makes us aware of the reality. If we face it with wisdom, it also strengthens us from within. Usually the imagination or thought of failure itself appears frightening but when it occurs in reality, the courage to face it emerges from inside and stimulates our inner strength. Look at the lives of great personalities most of them could attain glorious heights in life only after traversing through adversities and having the bitter experiences of failures. But they learnt from every such experience and proceeded with greater refinement.

You Are A Pure Soul Not A Sinner

You should attempt to realize your originality. Merely confessing your shortcomings or misdeeds won't make you good. You will have to purify your self by penance and sincere endeavors for improvement. Have faith in the fact that you as a soul are pure; God has sent you with divinity deep within you. Then why should sins or evil tendencies overcome you; you can and should conquer over them. Don't let inferiority; pessimism or untoward instincts overcome you.
Your thoughts have great impact on shaping your personality and course of your life. Therefore think good, think positive, if you think yourself as a sinner, you will become so. But, if you think of yourself as a noble soul, nothing would stop your enlightened transmutation.
Musk is hidden in the naval of a dear, but it frantically runs outside to find it. Most of us also live with similar illusion, without realizing that the elixir or divinity indwells within our own inner selves. All illusions should end now. Let the inner light of self awakening and knowledge brightens up your life from all directions.

The Learned and the Sage
A sage or gyani (who has attained true knowledge) may or may not be an erudite scholar or a learned person, but he certainly is the one who has no egotism and selfishness. Because these narrow identities of self, exist only till there is lack of pure knowledge (gyan). Realization of Gyana is realization of "Sarva Khalu Idam Brahm" (everything, every being is the omnipresent, eternal Brahm, the soul!). Thus a Gyani sees his soul in everyone. His "self" is expanded beyond all limits. He therefore has no cravings, no fears, and no sorrows.
A gyani has attained the ultimate, beatifying fulfillment through gyan; he/she does not even need any supernormal potential or power…. Nothing remains to be known or desired by a sage like him/her.
The erudite scholars are only "learned" or "well aware" if their petty sense of ego is still alive. Egotism and selfishness are expressions of ignorance. It is only the ego, which separates the individual self from the soul, and sheds the inner light. But the Gyani (the true sage), whose ego is transmuted into the divine feelings of oneness with cosmic consciousness, remains unified with God in the inner self.

You Can do It
Each one of us has the potential to transform our present for the better. Whatever we aspire, plan and think about all that is obtainable by our inner powers. Rest assured that if you awaken self-confidence you, can also attain the glory, dignity, success, prosperity, and all the good things in this world by activating your otherwise dormant inner talents and powers. The entire elements essential for elevation are present in you too, as in a great personality. The only difference is that you have not bothered to know yourself. Keep trying…. Who know when, in what circumstances, at what turning point, your sublime powers would awaken and reach you to high realms of eminence?

Have faith in your soul and believe that your inner self is a treasure of enormous hidden powers of the soul! The exceptional self-confidence, firmness, mental strength and far-sighted brilliance you see in great people are nothing but a natural spark of immerses inner strength. Every one is endowed with this "supernormal" source. One only needs to awaken and kindle the inner light.

Focus Your Thoughts On "Why and How"

Physical vs. Mental Labor
Its is ironical that many people prefer suffering hardship and scarcity instead of doing hard work, because they somehow regard physical labor as something below their prestige. These insane convictions are harmful not only to the individuals but also to the society as a whole. Wasting time in lethargy, just waiting for a task worth the standard of one's family's tradition or conviction leads to further loss, despair and decline. The secret of success of the societies and nations seen as developed or progressing is that they respect and adopt hard labor - be that physical or mental -, all walks of life.
Assiduity is the torch, which guides the path of progress. Those who scorn it or feel ashamed in following it, block their own rise. If a soldier does not like to carry the gun on his shoulders, how will he win on the battlefront?
Industriousness is the key to prosperity. It is only hard earned wealth which can give soothing satisfaction. Our routine should have appropriate place for physical and mental labor. Both are important. Adoption of both with diligence is a sign of wisdom.

A Sadhaka Shuns out All Worries
A Sadhaka is engaged in spiritual endeavor of self-transformation, illumination and ultimate realization. He should be a true devotee who dedicates himself to God's Will. He believes in "Hoi hai vahi Jo Rama rachi rakha" and leaves all his prejudices and expectations. Whatever happens, he regards it as an outcome of thy plan and hence as eventually having some auspicious effects, although it might be adverse in worldly sense. He continues his efforts with equal enthusiasm and sincerity in all circumstances.
God is Omniscient. HE arranges for elimination of the devotees blemishes and inspires his refinement. Understanding this fact, the Sadhaka regards hardships and adversities as part of his Sadhaka bestowed by the Almighty. Divinity encompasses absolute welfare of all beings. Unperturbed faith in God and engrossment in divine thoughts is essential for every Sadhaka. It is the Shraddha (intrinsic faith in divinity and inner devotion) of the Sadhaka to God and accomplishes his auspicious welfare and platitudinous enlightenment.

Focus Your Thoughts On "Why and How"
We might have seen that the same happening has quite different effects on different individuals. For example something that attract one towards luxurious pleasure whereas it might distract one from such attachment and inspire a feeling of sacrifice. Thus, the power (of the effect) lies not in the events or circumstances, rather in one's mind. One's thoughts shape his life. Focused and sound thinking is therefore important in every situation. Scientific thinking is best as it is unbiased and concentrates only upon knowing the sauce, the reason behind a happening.

Before taking up a task at hand, you must ponder over all its aspects. If you fail or are unable to complete it in the best way, you must think and analyze your mistakes, if any and also find out the possibilities of improvement. You should also ponder over your reactions, thoughts and sentiments. "Why did certain think come to my mind"? Or, "Why did I behave that way"? etc… Thinking along these lines trains you in introspection and sound thinking. It is also an excellent way of controlling the agile mind. It will also help you think deeply and find solutions to problems at hand. Start this practice intelligently and become a thorough thinker ….

The Subtle, Subtler and Sublime

Among the five basic element that constitute the universe and the invisible Nature, Jala (water, other liquids and fluids) is subtler than Prithvi (solid matter on the earth); it can spread all over the earth; Prithvi is born from Jala, and is dissolved in it during Pralay (the final destruction of the universe). Agni is subtler than Jala. Jala is produced from Agni (fire and thermal and other energies); for example, we swelter in heat.
Jala evaporates or is absorbed by Agni. The latter is born in Vayu (air, gases); Vayu can spread over Agni and is subtler that it. Agni is dissolvable in Vayu. Akasha (space) is subtler than all the four elements; its expansion contains Vayu, Time, mind and intellect is subtler than Akasha.
Thoughts lie in the mind. Intellect is subtler and superior than mind; both exist in the sublime domain of consciousness. What is more sublime than the origin of time, mind and intellect? It is the Paramatma - the omnipresent supreme consciousness force. This Brahm indwells in every being, everywhere, but we can't perceive it, as our senses, our mind and intellect are not awakened to realize the sublime. It is only through the unflinching endeavors of Sadhana, life after life, that the one experiences this supra-mental truth in the inner self

Create your Destiny
The one, who eats his first morsel after starving for the whole day and putting in hard labor to earn it, knows the test taste of bread. He then knows real worth of money and would use it best, who perspires his blood to earn it honestly. He alone can measure the magnitude of success, who has struggled against all odds. The one, who has learnt to smile even in adverse circumstances, who marches ahead with greater zeal after failures, he is the real winner.
Those who have no endurance and courage to fight the obstructions in their march towards the goal often blame their destiny and complain against circumstances and other people. But this is nothing but making a mockery of their own efforts. It does not lead anywhere, rather, hampers their abilities and future attempts. One, who regards himself as ill-omened or less privileged in fact, shakes his self-confidence and invites more of despair and superstitions. His success in achieving something significant remains in doubt.

Adversities, hardships and varieties of challenges in the efforts of ascent are tests of whether one deserves success or not? Those who pass it eventually become the conquerors and achievers. Those, who do not, ought to face failures. This is how one is an architect of his own fate.

Let Your High Imaginations Materialize

The Omnipresence of Brahm
There is no origin or end of Brahm - the Omnipresent, Supreme Consciousness Force. It is the Absolute power that pervades in the manifested as well as sublime Nature. The existence of every form of matter and life is because of this perpetual, extrasensory, infinite energy source. It indwells within and beyond the limitless expansion of the cosmos. The reflections of its presence might appear to us as varied in the immeasurable diversity of Nature, but it remains the invariable, indivisible, self-existent Brahm.
It is beyond our mental potentials to imagine the subtlest of the subtle, the sublime, and the grandeur beyond the cosmic expansion, the infinite….. This is because our mind is used to perceive only what is within the sensory grasp; its imagination is also confined only to the worldly experience, extrovert aspirations and subconscious impulses emanated thereby. The day our inner mind would awaken and be illumined by the divine aura of spirituality, we would be able to 'see' the Brahm everywhere through the hidden 'eyes' of gyana (pure knowledge).

Let your High Imaginations Materialize
The ability to imagine is a sign of life. Imagination is indeed important and useful provided it is empowered by your creativity, vital energy, the force of your inner will. Imagination without this force is nothing more that abrupt, hazy whims of the agile mind or mere offshoots of untoward tendencies. Engrossment in such imaginations has contrary effects - it diminishes mental alacrity, concentration and vital force. We should therefore be careful and use our prudence in selecting which imagination is worth pursuing.
The 'human' machinery is gifted with the currents of vital energy all around….. There is liveliness everywhere inside and outside… That is what induces zeal, enthusiasm and energy in a person and also triggers his imaginations. But unless one is awakened and has elevated the flow of his vital energy and controlled the mind, one's imagination might prove to be child's act, daydreams of making castle in the air.

Your imagination should be sound and lively. Your wisdom should be able to analyze its worth and resolve to materialize it. All creative projects, inventions, great achievements are outcomes of such imaginations of thoughtful minds supplemented by thorough planning and determined actions.

The Cause of Dissatisfaction

You are here for the Great Purpose
Have faith that you are originally a great soul. You are not the body; you are for life, not for death. Nothing can harm or perturb you from the path of the great purpose for which you are born. You just have to recognize that purpose.
You are never alone; not even in the solitude of forests or top of the mountain without any companion. That Omnipresent, Almighty God is always with you; HE is there in your breath, your mind, everywhere even while you are asleep. HE has given you this life; HE wants you to transmute and ascend further. That Omnipotent, King of all kings, Creator and Owner of everything is with you; then how can you be helpless or weak? If you have realized and surrender your "I" before HIM, believe me that your will remain protected and will win even if the whole world is against you.
Surrender before God does not mean that you should stop self-effort, self confidence and just become idle and slave or destiny. Rather, it implies elevation of your self-confidence refinement of your attitude, thoughts, aspirations and deeds worth HIS dignity. this is what leads to unification of the individual self with the Supreme Self. You are here to strive for this ultimate evolution.

The Cause of Dissatisfaction
A wise man should cautiously restrain his needs. This requires prudent continence over the senses and control over the waywardly nature of the mind. A sage preaches - "if you want maximum content and joy in your life, you should first restrain your senses and discipline your mind. Draining out your potentials and resources in greed and lust would give you nothing but misery".
We are often driven by false impressions of what is really necessary for us. Desire of sensual pleasures coupled with the advertisements of various things and entertainment lure us and we go on wasting our money, time and efforts in mindless activities. Major loss or paucity of money at times warns us and makes us repent; but this is only temporary. It usually accelerates our efforts of earning more (for further spending……..!

The major cause of your discontent and worries is your inability to discipline your own routine and check your habits and desires. You must remember that self-restrain not only strengthens you financially but also physically and mentally. It is the key to all round success and happiness.

A New Plan for Self Improvement

Why Fear From Death?
The major cause of your fear from death is your ignorance that gives you a feeling and impression that you're worldly belongings and the 'world' around you is your property; it increases your attachment with whatever pleases you so you don't want to leave it. Separation from the beloved ones becomes torturous for the jiva (individual self). It is also at extreme pains at the time of death because when it looks back at the life it finds that a rare opportunity was lost in the vain - it's like repenting for missing the train due to carelessness and lethargy.
Human life is indeed the rarest and greatest of the bequests bestowed by the Almighty. If you make farsighted, righteous use of every moment of it, live for the welfare of the soul rather than for momentary sensual pleasures and egotist attachments, and then there will be no cause of worry or fear at the time of death. The latter would be a like a transition for a brighter future, a new life, a better opportunity blessed by god.
So don't be scared of anything. Follow the path of duty gracefully with wisdom, patience, courage, and faith in the dignity of life. Death will also then be an occasion for peace and content and newer opportunities.

A New plan for Self Improvement
A constructive approach to self refinement and transmutation of personality is to first understand self-psychology and complexes. Even while procuring a small instrument or household, you examine all its features, utility etc in detail. Then why this most evolved, unique creation of God - the human body is never studied? It is really pitiable that most of us remain ignorant about its enormous power and wonderful potentials and spoil this majestic instrument in negligence.
More amazing are the powers of the mind. Nothing is impossible to be achieved by its intellectual faculties; its extrasensory powers and inner treasure of spirituality are the source of divine evolution. But all these remain hidden, unrevealed, because we never look introvert. What more? Even our conceptualization of knowledge remains hazy, superficial and confined only to the perception of the physical world, materialistic manifestation of Nature? Our extrovert approach and ignorance results in virtually making our inner abilities dormant and loosing them.

If we care for self-evolution and ascent in life, we will have to strive for knowing our qualities and awakening our hidden potentials. Unflinching efforts of introspection, self-study and self-refinement are most crucial and beneficial in this regard. Most vulnerable and nearest enemies of progress in this direction are - accumulated negativity and consequent despair and frustration upon failures. We have to be cautious against these and firmly follow our determined path. Gradually the force of inner will would strengthen and inspire us….

Focus At Your Goal

The Secret of Human Dignity
Of all the creatures, human being alone is gifted with the liberty to choose the path of evolution or decline as per his will and actions. This is why human species is termed as the crown prince of the Supreme Creator.
Your weaknesses and vices are only temporary diversions or mutations. Your original nature is pure, as you, a human being, are a part of the divine self. You can restrain and remold every habit, every desire as per your resolutions. God will inspire your will and courage once your individual self determines to evolve. Then why do you live like a slave of your senses or worldly circumstances? Don't you want to live a life of self-respect and freedom? If yes, then be self-dependent. Never think yourself as poor or deprived. Let your self-confidence awaken and recognize its inner strength.
If you have faith in the Almighty, you should not care for people's criticism or scorn. If you are on the path of enlightenment, the grace of God will always be with you. Instead, if you like to please others, you will end up losing your own happiness and still they will remain discontent. The more you please the world the greater will be its demand.
One who recognizes the power of the soul, who is duty-bound and makes honest and best use of his natural potentials, is wise. He marches ahead along the path of greatness worth the dignity of the crown prince of God.

 Focus At Your Goal
If you really want to be happy and successful in life, begin with setting up your goals. All your thoughts, activities, aspiration should be motivated by this main purpose. Be like a Arjun of the Mahabharata; he used to see nothing except the focused target of his bow. Concentrate upon yourself; analyze your present status, capabilities, and qualities with respect to what is necessary for accomplishing what you aim for. Don't look at what others are doing, their abilities, circumstances, objectives, may be quite different from yours. For example, being impressed by a good singer, you can't jump over to music unless you have natural inclinations towards it and you can pursue long-term training and dedicated practice required for mastering it.
Remember! Being focused at the target does not mean only its imagination and daydreaming. It simply implies that your efforts and your activities should revolve around the chosen objective. This means greater efforts and more work rather than only planning and thinking….. Once you chose the correct direction, don't deviate. Work hard with patience and enthusiasm; enjoy it without any fear, desperation, or despair. It will take you to the desired goal at an accelerated pace.

Focusing the mind and deeds at a prudent goal and being engrossed in it is among the preeminent qualities of elevated personalities. Concentration of mind with willpower at a chosen aim plays wonders. This is the secret of all magnificent achievements and historic successes.

Elixir Of Divine Life

Support Of Divinity
It is certainly not a sign of matured intellect to waste this precious life in the fulfilling the greed of the senses. Ironically, majority is driven today by this folly. Despite knowing the fact that "following the crowd leads one nowhere", many of the blind traditions and customs are part of our lives simply because of social backing. Look for example, at the artificialness and the tendency of showoff, gorgeous celebrations on social occasions, etc which has become common observation in today's society, in spite of virtually burying many families under debt and spreading corruption…… The tendency of grabbing and possessing more is like filling the tummy of sick child with the sweets he likes and thus inviting his untimely death.
Following the majority trends today will only expand absurdity and cruelty. Don't you see that? Avarice, sensual lust, ego and selfishness, etc, are devils tendencies, which have challenged the very existence of humanity.
The support of divinity is essential for the survival and evolution of mankind. Most of us worship God in various forms, but the light of divinity remains far beyond…. How can we adopt divinity and have its support if we don't even bother to follow what we pray for or what are the teachings of our devotional chants? What the Gayatri Mantra conveys? It reminds us of the preeminent radiance of pure intellect, divine virtues that are indwelling everywhere, within each one of us; it calls us to awaken and follow the illumined path of righteousness, enlightened wisdom.

Elixir Of Divine Life
The span of life is limited and time is flying with tiniest fraction of every moment….. The thralldoms of the world fill it with misery because of one's ignorance. You should uproot this cause of agonies and enjoy the elixir of immortal, divine life.
There is a state of consciousness, which rests in eternal peace and absolute joy. There is no lust, no avarice, no worries, no fears, no sufferings, no pains and no death there. Would you not like to experience this blissful state of divine beatitude? Then you first change your attitude; follow the path of spirituality.
Spirituality is not an imaginary whim or emotional excitement. It is the source of soul knowledge, ultimate realization and beatifying, everlasting bliss.

Considering the body as the self and discarding the eternity of the soul is a sinful delusion. It drags you to fall in the trap of sensual avarice and irreversible decline. You should therefore recognize your true identity. Restrain your senses and mental agility. Purify your inner self. Inculcate virtuous tendencies. Love your true self, your life, your soul. Meditate every day upon the soul-reality. Seek and adopt the light of spirituality.

Expand Your Sensitivity

Worship the World mother
Brahm (the omnipresent, eternal consciousness force) is beyond perception of our senses and conception of our intellect. There is no direct way to reach its realization. The devotional practices, spiritual disciplines and endeavors of jat-tap, etc are only the best possible means and supports in this regard. It is the awakening of Satoguni Chitsakti (absolute purity of the soul, ultimate knowledge) alone that enables the linkage of the individual self with the Supreme Self, unification of the soul with the Brahm. It is only the Sadhana of Gayatri which activates this Satoguni sakti. This Satoguni sakti. This is why all our Vedic Rishis, spiritual sages of all ages had endeavored the devout Sadhanas of Gayatri. Ultimate salvation is not possible without Gayatri Sadhana.
It is the primordial force of Gayatri, which is worshiped in different manifestation of Sakti as - Saraswati, Lakshmi, Mahakalim Maya, Prakrati, Radha, Sita, Savitri, Parvati, etc. Gayatri is therefore revered as the mother of gods, Nature and the Universe. Gayatri is the will, power and activity of Brahm. She is therefore the source of all creation, evolution and ultimate salvation. Divine virtues, beauty, joy, compassion, mercy, love, benevolence, glory, success, prosperity are manifestations of Her preeminent grace. The impulse of Her supreme force rejuvenates, excels and elevates the flow of life. We may also attain divine realms and beatifying bliss by the Upasana, Sadhana and Aradhana of Gayatri

Expand Your Sensitivity
Feeling the pains of others' suffering is sensitivity; the compassion, kindness, generosity for others is sensitivity. A heart devoted to God is certain to be pervaded with love and sensitivity. One who has true faith in God sees HIS presence in every being and therefore presence in every being and therefore has a feeling of sacred love for every one. His heart pulsates for the welfare of all. He can't bear the miseries of others and runs of help leaving aside his own pleasures and problems.
Devotional practices and prayers must enhance the sensitivity of the devotee; otherwise these are no better than performing some rituals and begging before the Almighty. Sensitivity is a sign of sainthood. It also nurtures goodwill and mutual respect. Good people are always careful about not hurting anyone. The qualities of caring love, cooperation and modesty also flourish with expansion of sensitivity. Wisdom of a person glorifies only if coupled with a compassionate heart. The Vrattis (Intrinsic traits) of love, harmony, kindness and prudence, farsightedness, etc are interwoven. Growth of one expands the others too.
Healthy progress of a society depends upon collective efforts of altruistic service, which will be possible only if people are sensible and caring. The greater the expansion of sensitivity and altruism in your heart, the more will be the extent of peace and happiness in your personal, familial and social life.

Essence of Knowing God

Selecting A True Friend
Finding an ideal neighbor or a true friend is really difficult. Many a times you find that people become your friends only because of their vested interests or selfish motives. They don't help you when you need. A true friend is one who stands with you in the testing moments; who gives righteous guidance, whose company expands your good qualities. You should therefore choose a friend cautiously in view of his background, habits, interests and culture. One good friend is enough if he is wise, hardworking, truthful and helping in nature.
True friends are those who would warn against a wrong move and directly or indirectly help alleviate and wane our vices; whose company would increase our faith in human values and ideals. This can be expected only from those who have strength on character and will, who adopt certain values in their conduct, who endeavor self-refinement. Sugriva was indeed blessed when he had found the support of a divine friend like Lord Ram. We may not expect to be so lucky but could certainly look for the company of enlightened people. In any case, our friends should be pure and kind at heart, modest, honest and cooperating. Friendship with good people is no doubt a source of empowerment and ascent in several respects.

Essence of Knowing God
God does not exist in a visible form; neither does he need your worship or devotion. HE doesn't become happy with someone who offers HIM worships and prayers nor unhappy with those who do not. Every being is alike for HIM. Devotional practices, prayers, rituals of worship etc only serve as tools for spiritual exercise of conditioning our mind;  spiritual practices help enhancing our inner strength and Satoguna to purify our intellect, inner sight so that we could grasp the fact the God is omnipresent, supreme power. Anyone who knows that God is everywhere will naturally be scared to commit anything sinful or wrong. A true devotee will see the Light of God indwelling in every good thing, every noble deed and virtue.
One who knows that God is present in every soul will be good to all creatures. Cultivation of this attitude is the main purpose of the devotional practices. Prayers, chanting of Mantras, mediations, etc are excellent methods of psychological upliftment and refinement of intrinsic character and righteous orientation of mental tendencies. These gradually enable us to experience the inner self and inculcate virtuous tendencies.

Even a sinner could purify himself and transmute into a saint if he listens to the inner voice and follows it sincerely… The divine message of the holy Gita - "Take refuge in the holy feet of God, you will be free of all sins. …." - also guides us for total surrender before the soul for absolute liberation and ultimate realization of God.

Your Prana Pervades Everywhere

The Soul Is Brahm
Do you know you're self? It is not merely the physical body and the name given it that defines your identity. Your true self is the soul. You need to begin by restraining your senses and controlling your mind to look introvert and at least feel your mind first. The realization of the soul element is much deeper and sublime….; this is the ultimate accomplishment, absolute joy and completeness, for which you have been taking birth life after life.
Break the shell of ignorance and illusion and bath in the radiance of pure knowledge. Your devotion, worship, study, labor, should all be focused at self-refinement by uprooting your vices and flaws and inculcating virtuous tendencies and self-study in the light of the thoughts and teachings of enlightened personalities, sages and saints. Recognize your inner quest for joy, which because of your illusion and negligence is wrongly conceived by your mind as the passions for worldly pleasures… The pleasures of the senses, satisfaction of worldly possessions is not only momentary, it further drags you in the darkness and eventually throws you in the mire of discontent, sufferings and sorrows.
Come out of your day dreaming. Awaken your wisdom. Strive to experience the light of your soul, which is omnipotent, al-fulfilling, eternal bliss and ultimate reality - the Brahm

Your Prana Pervades Everywhere
Gayatri Vidya enlightens you to see the fact that the same soul is present in everyone. Same Prana (vital spiritual energy) is flowing everywhere in the cosmos, in every being. Your true welfare lies in the welfare of all. Others' pains are yours too. Therefore you should never accept or expect any benefit, which is going to trouble or harm anybody else in some way…. Do not regard anyone as inferior to you; avoid judging or discriminating people on your scale. You should expand the domain of "self-interests" to wider and wider parts of the human society. Let the feeling of oneness, benevolence and self-less love expand beyond any limit….
Don't behave with others in a way that you would not like others behave with you. Every one expects others to be nice to him, he expects none to ever harm, cheat, hurt or insult him… He wants friends and relatives to be kind and supporting whenever he needs. But then he should also observe the same with others…. If you care for others, be good to them, and then only you can expect them to care for you and be good. As you sow, so you will reap….

The happiness or joy of others in a way contributes to yours too. Welfare of the world is the welfare of all individuals, because, there is one cosmic soul manifested in all beings. The devotees of Gayatri should realize this teaching and expand selfishness into selflessness. This is the sole way to spiritual accomplishments and divine evolution of the individual self.

Accumulate ILLUMINED Knowledge

The Illusive Reality
One who knows that he knows not, but claims he knows - is a liar. One who knows little bit but thinks he knows - is ignorant. One who knows not and knows and accepts that he knows not - is sincere. One who knows partially and knows that he knows not - is a learner. But none can know it because it is impossible to knot it. This is what is the Maya - the 'grand illusion' of our perception of the gigantic creation of God.
One who knows that he knows and also knows that he does not - is wise. He does not say it despite knowing a lot. Because he knows a lot and therefore knows that nothing could be said or discussed about it. One who knows that it is undecipherable infinity and immerses the 'illusion' of self-identity into devotion of the Omniscient - is enlightened ….
His existence is unified with the devotion and love of God. He has realized the absolute void in the infinity (of Maya - the illusive creation) and the infinity (of God) in the void (sublime) what doubts or queries he would have? Nothing! What he would know and about what? Nothing! He says nothing. What he would say and to whom? He knows God and knows that God alone knows His Maya.

Transacting the Duties
That which is unambiguously permitted by your conscience is righteous, worth doing. That which is prevented or is doubted by your inner self should not be done. this is how duties and the 'faux pas' could be defined in simplest terms for those whose hearts are pure and minds are enlightened enough to grasp the impulse of the inner self.
One who is sincere in transacting his duties is worthy of God's grace. He will never be helpless or sorry in any circumstance. He is a beloved disciple of God who bears the responsibilities selflessly as per thy will. Such morally refined, virtuous persons might be found lacking in wealth or in worldly (materialistic) possessions, but this would be only in the gross terms. In reality, such devotees possess immense spiritual power. How could they have any worry or scarcity? Austerity of life is their choice. Indeed the greatest treasure of the world lies with such saintly people only. This limitless treasure never empties; rather, it expands more and more with spending ….
A vicious man always has a threat of being counter-attacked by the enemies; his own evils and negativity ruin all the peace and joy from his life. But the whole world is benevolent for a moral, duty-bond altruistic fellow. No one is his enemy; neither has he had any attachment with anybody. Everything, everyone, is alike for him. His heart is full of love for everyone.

A thought of morality and saintly virtues itself inspires a unique feeling of peace, hope and enlightenment in the inner self. God wants each one of us to experience it and follow it towards sublime evolution of our lives …..

Enrich Your Heart

The Light of the Truth
I have seen wonderful things in this world and have experienced a lot, but I have not yet found any thing, which is greater than "Truth". So many sparkling lights and there in this world but the great savants regards only the Light of Truth as the true Light. If one follows the religion of truthfulness then he is truly religious; he does not need to adopt any other religion then ... The physical body can be cleansed by water but the cleanliness and sanctity of mind is possible only by truthfulness. The heart, which is purified by truth, can rule over all hearts. A truthful person is revered in the scriptures as the greatest ascetic devotee, supreme charitable person; Siddhis (supernatural successes) will lie under his feet. What else could be bigger glory for a person other than being known as "truthful....?
Speaking truth is not only the utterance of fact as it is, it should also be auspicious and should not hurt or insult anyone. It's better to keep quite, rather than telling a truth that harms someone and does not help anybody's welfare. Don't tell a lie or anything, which is false, which is not acceptable to you from within or which is unwise or unnecessary. Remember that adoption of falsehood hurts your inner self and invites your soul's anger and curse.
Be truthful; don't feel shy or scared in following the path of justice. Make sure that what you think as fair is truly so, then remain firm on it forever…..?

Enrich Your Heart
Great personalities do not accumulate wealth, neither do they desire for it, because they have a generous heart full of a treasure that is bigger than that of Kuber (God of wealth). It is said that there is no place for the one who is poor (miser) at heart; if there is no compassion in one's heart, he will have no abode (of peace) - neither in this world, nor in the sublime world beyond… A materialistically poor may have many chances of getting wealthy but the one whose heart is merciless will remain a beggar who will get scorn from everywhere.
Who can be a follower of truth and sainthood? Who is worthy of seeing God? The one, whose heart pulsates with generosity and love....., Harsh, dry-hearted, cruel ones are infirm, they are impaired despite having healthy body, mind and resourceful life; they won't be able to enjoy even the nectar kept in their closed vicinity. "O" tyrants, just think before terrorizing others! What will happen the day when you will be in the place of your victims? Why be blinded by selfish passions, ego and follow apathy? You will have to bear the painful retribution life after life....... Mother earth is a witness to this law of eternity: sooner or later the sinners have to face the dreadful punishments of the hell right here. Therefore, be gentle, sensitive, kind and helpful to others.

Those who possess the light of compassion in their hearts will never wander in the dark. So open your eyes to look inside and illumine your heart with the glow of kindness. Be considerate and compassionate to every one around you.
